Are results guaranteed?

Results are the reward of the work put in. In purchasing this program you understand that, while you will be guided and supported nutritionally with comprehensive resources, individual results are not guaranteed. I would not recommend purchasing this program if you are not willing and/or able to change your habits as nutrition and detoxifying the home form the largest part of the transformation in this program. The live weekly sessions and 1:1 support will guide you through any issues and blockages that come up.

What if I don’t need to loose weight?

The program is focused on optimal nutrition for health, the meal plan is focused on an anti-inflammatory style of eating. It is not following a particular type of restrictive diet. The style of eating is an anti-inflammatory style of eating with a focus on stabilizing energy throughout the day and minimizing damage from processed foods. Weight loss is a by-product of the change in healthy eating style.

How long does it go for?

The program goes for 8 weeks with a weekly session each week and mini mindset training drop. There is an opportunity to continue after the initial 8 week program if you are getting results and would like to continue with the high touch support. We kick off Monday September 30th 2024.

Should I work with you privately instead?

You can absolutely work with me privately for your energy concerns if you would prefer. It is more expensive than this option for the same service. I would recommend the value of this program is having the resources, group accountability and weekly coaching sessions to bring you gently back on track and overcome challenges.

Do you offer refunds if I decide its not for me?

No we don’t offer refund for change of mind. The reason is, the course will be delivered as promised and you will be fully supported throughout this program for success. Please read the sales page carefully and understand what is involved before making a decision to partake in this program.

Do you offer a payment plan?
